I reported a couple of days ago that one of my stories made it to the front page of Shoutwire.
In case you missed that post, the story was the one I wrote Sunday about the Nigerian Craig's List scam.
Well, I just checked back today, and my article has made it to their top ten! This only happened to me once before on a article I re-posted from Ask The Admin about a guy selling his ex's stuff on ebay.
Those Shoutwire guys really like their funny, or "oddly enough" type articles. Seriously though, who can blame them? Who doesn't need a good laugh?
If you haven't had a chance to read the post, please take a moment and read it. It is good for a laugh or two. It is also good to get the word out about these guys. You may think that these scams are common knowledge, but they aren't. If they were, these scams wouldn't work anymore and they would stop trying.
If you liked the article, and have a Shoutwire account, you can give my article a shout here: (Nigerian Phishing Shoutwire)
